Position Overview:
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales, and marketing. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and other team members to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and support the execution of strategic initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
    • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  2. Lead Generation:

    • Assist in generating leads through various channels such as online research, networking, and cold calling.
    • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and relevant information.
  3. Client Engagement:

    • Support the Business Development Manager in building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients.
    • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  4. Proposal Development:

    • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources.
  5. Sales Support:

    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating communications.
    • Monitor and track the progress of sales activities and initiatives.
  6. Performance Analysis:

    • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports and updates for the Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Previous internship or project experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
